• Membership is not required to purchase at retail price.
• Member benefits include discounted pricing, access to LiveGood Clinic, and optional affiliate tools.
• All pricing and product information is subject to change without notice.

3. Affiliate Participation

• PPC affiliates are independent promoters of LiveGood’s official affiliate program.
• Affiliates earn commissions based on product sales and membership referrals through their unique LiveGood links.
• PPC also offers optional funnel-building services, training, and shared visibility tools.
• PPC does not guarantee income. Earnings vary based on personal activity and external market factors.

4. Code of Conduct

All members and affiliates agree to:

• Promote ethically — no spam, misleading claims, or unverified medical statements.
• Use only PPC- or LiveGood-approved marketing materials unless otherwise granted permission.
• Represent PPC with integrity, respect, and inclusivity.
• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or dishonest behavior in any form.

Violation of this code may result in removal from the PPC platform and forfeiture of affiliate visibility privileges.

5. Disclaimers

• PPC does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice.
• All wellness products are supplements only and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Results vary by individual.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, funnels, templates, and materials created by Passive Path Club are the intellectual property of the founders and may not be resold or reused without written permission.
• Affiliates may use shared resources for PPC marketing purposes only.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Product payments are handled by LiveGood. Refunds are subject to LiveGood’s 30-day guarantee.
• PPC funnel packages and services may include setup fees. Refund policies for services will be clearly outlined in each purchase agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability
